How long does shipping take within the UAE?
Standard delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day to ensure maximum freshness.
Are the coffee beans roasted locally?
Yes, all our beans are artisanally roasted in small batches right here in the UAE to ensure you receive the freshest possible roast profile.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer grind customization for different brewing methods?
Absolutely. You can choose your preferred grind size—from coarse for French Press to extra fine for Turkish coffee—on each product page.
